It might seem like a world away, but the Burton European Open has kicked into high gear with the completion of Men’s and Women’s Slopstyle Finals today. The level of riding was really high and the finals were a super tight match on both the men’s and women’s sides.

Enni Rukajarvi threw down a solid run, but it wasn’t enough to bump Jamie Anderson off the top of the podium, and she ended up with another 2nd place finish.

On the men’s side, it was a tight battle for the top 3 with only 5 points separating the top 5 riders. Roope Tonteri was trying to create a win streak after the Burn River Jump last week but couldn’t get past Aleksander Ostreng. Wrapping up the top 3 podium was Peetu Piiroinen who was coming off a strong 1st place finish at Air and Style a couple weeks ago, just ahead of fellow teammate Seppe Smits.
